Kill time
意味：(短時間・期間の）暇を潰すこと、または時間を潰すこと。

詳細『暇を潰すこと』 と 『時間を潰すこと』の違い。
『時間を潰す』は、待ち時間や何かの合間を埋めるために使うことが多いです。例えば、予定があるまでの間に、何かをして時間を過ごすこと。
